To Register at St. Matthias

To register with the parish you can either download the form. [simply click here for the registration form ( a pdf file ) then download to your computer; print it, then mail it to the parish office] or come in to the parish office to register personally.

Office hours are Monday through Friday 9AM to 9PM and on Saturday 9AM to 3PM.
