Youth Ministry

St. Matthias Youth Ministry is an incredible opportunity for the youth of our community to discover how the Catholic faith speaks to their lives by inviting them into meaningful relationships and exciting experiences. Through a variety of events, middle and high school youth have the chance to build a stronger relationship with God, make and reconnect with friends, and discover what it means to live as a person of faith.

New Orleans Corpus Christi Service Trip

6th, 7th & 8th Grade Families

Interested in serving Corpus Christi and the New Orleans community as a family this summer? If so,fill out the Family Application found on this page. All applications will be due by May 16th. Please either mail your application to the Parish Office or email them to Andrew Rath at arath@smpo.us.

Junior High Youth Ministry

Jr. High students are incredibly important to invest in and we are blessed at St. Matthias that so many share our view. Youth Ministry exists to help our kids have fun being themselves as they try to make sense out of being Catholic in this crazy world!

High School Youth Ministry

High School Youth Ministry is a great way to stay connected with friends who have gone off to other high schools. It is also a chance to meet new people who are interested in learning more about themselves and their faith. Come to learn about what it truly means to be Catholic, and discuss the things that matter in your life. We also go out and serve the people in need in our community.
