G.I.F.T. Registration Form

Please rank the following sessions in order of preference. We will
try to honor all requests for 1st OR 2nd choices on a “first come,
first served” basis.

*If you have a 2nd grader (or an older child) who needs to prepare for First Reconciliation and First Communion, PLEASE ALSO COMPLETE THE SEPARATE FIRST RECONCILIATION/FIRST EUCHARIST REGISTRATION FORM.

** IF YOU HAVE A 7TH GRADER OR AN 8TH GRADER THIS YEAR, PLEASE ALSO COMPLETE THE
SEPARATE CONFIRMATION PREPARATION REGISTRATION FORM.

***THERE WILL BE REQUIRED SEPARATE AND ADDITIONAL PREPARATION SESSIONS FOR
THESE SACRAMENTS OVER AND ABOVE G.I.F.T. Both GIFT and these special sacramental
sessions are required for each sacrament.

Growing In Faith Together is dependent upon support of a variety of volunteers. Please indicate your areas of interest by putting your name next to the activity. We will contact you in the summer. Please consider volunteering for a day that you don’t already come with your family; high school students are also most welcome as volunteers.
