Life is stressful!
As adults (both young and seasoned), we work hard day and night to make ends meet.
At the end of a long day or week, sometimes we just need a release.
To top it off, because we work so much, many of us have had our relationships suffer.
The Community Sports League at St. Matthias exists to provide adult men with time and space to de-stress in a positive way. By participating in our in-house sports leagues, you can expect to see God in new places, to build lasting friendships, and to play some competitive ball!
