Buildings and Grounds

The purpose of the Buildings & Grounds Committee is to provide for the systematic evaluation of the condition of the physical plant. The evaluations take place once during each quarter and include, but not necessarily limited to, the inspection of buildings, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, electrical, fire suppression and alarm systems. The evaluation would also include the inspection of parking facilities, site lighting, landscaping, pavements and infrastructure including sanitary sewers, storm water drainage, management systems, fire and domestic water supplies. Items brought to the attention of the committee by members of the Pastoral Staff, Parish Councils or Commissions would be given a priority without regard to the quarterly schedule.

Schedule: Meetings are held bimonthly on the first Monday of the month from 7:00 – 8:30 PM at the parish office.
